I subscribed but my credits / Plus badge didn't show

Open Settings → Restore Purchases. Apple occasionally delivers the transaction a few minutes after the charge clears, and Restore reconciles it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS → Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → HouseholdOS. Or tap Manage Subscription inside the app, which deep-links to the same place.

I want a refund

Use reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all App Store refunds.

I hit the free-tier limit unexpectedly

Free tier gets 1 household, 10 bills, 20 tasks, and 10 documents. HouseholdOS Plus removes every one of those caps.

Is my data safe?

Yes. HouseholdOS has no server. Everything lives in your device's app sandbox; documents are encrypted with AES-GCM; the key is in the iOS Keychain. See our privacy policy for details.

Can I export everything?

Yes — Settings → Data → Export JSON gives you a single readable file you control.
