My reminder isn't firing.

Check iOS Settings → WalkCue → Notifications. If notifications are disabled there, the reminder toggle in WalkCue won't work until you re-enable them.

How do I restore a purchase?

Settings → Restore purchases. You'll need to be signed in to the same Apple ID that bought the Lifetime Unlock.

What does each cue sound/feel like?

A haptic tap + short tone plays when you transition into a new interval (warm up → brisk → cool down). Turn either off in Settings → Cues.

Is WalkCue a medical app?

No. It's a walking timer. It doesn't diagnose, treat, monitor, or manage any health condition.
