SleepWindow is a sleep-timing planner. It runs entirely on your device.
Nothing. SleepWindow does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers — we do not operate any servers.
All of your settings and saved presets are stored locally using UserDefaults, a standard iOS mechanism for app preferences. This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
The only network activity SleepWindow performs is with Apple's App Store for the optional in-app purchase (the one-time "Lifetime Unlock"). Apple processes that transaction; we do not see your payment details.
If you enable a bedtime reminder, SleepWindow schedules a local notification using iOS's notification system. Nothing about the reminder is sent to us or anyone else. You can disable reminders at any time in the app's Settings or in the iOS Settings app.
SleepWindow uses PostHog to see which features are useful and which need work. We collect anonymous events — screen views, feature taps, and crash reports — tied to a random per-install identifier. We never collect your name, email, Apple ID, or your wake times, bedtime entries, or saved presets. No ads. No App Tracking Transparency prompt.
SleepWindow is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
