By installing or using SceneVault ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, delete the app.
SceneVault is a professional spatial documentation and evidence organization tool for field workers — insurance adjusters, contractors, restoration teams, attorneys, property inspectors, public adjusters, accident documenters, industrial inspectors, and field technicians. SceneVault is a documentation tool. It does not provide forensic certification, court admissibility, tamper-proof records, crime-lab equivalence, or law-enforcement extraction tooling. Decisions about admissibility or legal use are entirely your responsibility and your counsel's.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SceneVault on an iOS device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
SceneVault offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Pro Monthly and Pro Annual). The title, length, and price of each subscription are shown on the paywall screen before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Photos, video, voice memos, notes, location, measurements, and AR scans you create in SceneVault belong to you. They are stored on your device and are not transmitted to any server. You retain full rights to your content. You can delete any individual scene from the scene list, or wipe everything via Settings → Erase All Data. The app receives a limited license only to display and process the content inside the app on your behalf.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the app (except as permitted by law), use the app to break any law, interfere with the app's operation, or use the app to harm others. Violations can result in access being revoked.
SceneVault is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. SceneVault is a documentation aid, not a forensic certification, legal-admissibility, chain-of-custody, or law-enforcement product. AI-generated suggestions inside SceneVault are clearly labeled, fully editable, and never authoritative. Any decision based on data captured in SceneVault is your own.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony McMurtrey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms when the app materially changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after an update is your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
