By installing or using RouteOS ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, delete the app.
RouteOS is a delivery route planning app for small and mid-size delivery businesses. The app imports stops from CSV, optimizes routes across drivers, and provides proof-of-delivery and navigation handoff features. All operational data is stored locally on your device.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use RouteOS on an iOS device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
RouteOS offers four auto-renewing subscriptions: Solo ($29.99/month, 1 driver, 100 stops/month), Fleet ($99.99/month, 10 drivers, 2,000 stops/month), Growth ($299.99/month, unlimited drivers, 20,000 stops/month), and Annual ($799.99/year, same as Growth).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off at any time after purchase in your Account Settings on the App Store.
First-time installs receive a 7-day free trial of the full Pro feature set on this device, granted by the app itself. This trial does not auto-convert to a paid subscription. Apple does not bill anything during the trial. Once a paid subscription is purchased, the install trial is consumed and cannot be re-issued.
You retain ownership of all stops, drivers, routes, photos, and signatures you create in RouteOS. Because we do not operate servers that receive this content, you grant us no license to it.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the app (except as permitted by law), use the app to break any law, interfere with the app's operation, or use the app to harm others. Violations can result in access being revoked.
RouteOS is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. RouteOS is provided "as is" without warranty. Optimized routes are suggestions; the driver remains responsible for safe and lawful operation of any vehicle. Estimated arrival times are estimates, not guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony McMurtrey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms when the app materially changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after an update is your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
