This policy describes what data RouteOS ("the app") collects, stores, and shares. It is written to match the App Store Connect App Privacy nutrition label exactly. If this document and the nutrition label ever disagree, the nutrition label is wrong — let us know at support@medbillresolve.com.
RouteOS is a local-first app. The stops, drivers, routes, photos, and signatures you enter are stored only on your device, in iOS-managed local storage (SwiftData). They are never sent to RouteOS servers, because RouteOS does not operate any servers that receive this data. Anonymous product analytics (which screens you visit, which actions you tap, app version, and device class) are sent to PostHog so we can fix bugs and improve the app. These events do not contain stop addresses, customer names, photos, signatures, or any identifier tied to you.
All operational data — stops, drivers, routes, proof-of-delivery photos and signatures, and CSV imports — is stored on your device only. We have no servers that mirror it. If you delete the app, that data is gone.
The only data RouteOS transmits is anonymous PostHog analytics. All other data stays on your device.
PostHog (analytics). No advertising SDKs. No data brokers. No third-party login providers.
Camera (proof-of-delivery photos), Photo Library read (importing existing POD photos), Photo Library add (saving exports), Location When-In-Use (depot setup, distance estimates). All permission data is processed on device.
RouteOS is a business productivity app intended for professional use. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We'll update this page when the data we collect changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes (new data types, new third-party services) will also prompt an in-app notice on next launch.
