We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use RelationOS on an iOS device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
RelationOS Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Two products are offered: • RelationOS Pro — Monthly: $11.99 USD per month • RelationOS Pro — Annual: $89.99 USD per year Both products include a 2-week free trial for new subscribers. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Notes, contact entries, tags, and reminders the user types are stored on-device only.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the app (except as permitted by law), use the app to break any law, interfere with the app's operation, or use the app to harm others. Violations can result in access being revoked.
RelationOS is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. RelationOS, the RelationOS app, and all related branding are trademarks of Tony McMurtrey.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony McMurtrey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms when the app materially changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after an update is your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
