Common questions

Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you turn on iCloud sync in Settings, your data also syncs to your own iCloud account using CloudKit private database with end-to-end encryption. We — the developer — never see your data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → RelationOS Pro → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Pro features until then.
How do I delete all my data?
In RelationOS, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete all data → confirm. Your contacts, notes, reminders, and (if enabled) iCloud-synced data are wiped. The app returns to a fresh-install state.
**How much does RelationOS Pro cost?** $11.99 per month or $89.99 per year (about 37% off vs. monthly). **Is there a free trial?** Yes. New subscribers get a 2-week free trial on either monthly or annual. No credit card required beyond Apple's standard. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. **Can I cancel anytime?** Yes. Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and turn off RelationOS Pro. The current billing period continues; no further charges after that. **What happens to my data if I cancel?** Nothing changes. Your contacts, notes, and reminders stay on your phone. You return to the free tier (limit: 100 contacts) but no data is lost. **Where is my data stored?** On your iPhone. Optionally in your own iCloud (encrypted). Never on RelationOS servers — we don't run any.
