RelationOS is a private personal CRM. It runs entirely on your device.
None of your relationship data. RelationOS does not collect, transmit, or store your contacts, notes, reminders, or tags on our servers — we do not operate any servers.
All of your contacts, notes, reminders, tags, and settings are stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework and UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it. You can also wipe everything in Settings → Privacy → "Delete all data".
The only network activity RelationOS performs is with Apple's App Store for the in-app subscription, and the anonymous-analytics activity described below.
If you set a reminder or subscribe to RelationOS Pro (which schedules a daily reconnect notification at 8 AM), RelationOS uses iOS's local notification system. Nothing about the reminders or notifications is sent to us. You can disable them at any time in Settings or in iOS Settings → RelationOS.
RelationOS uses PostHog to see which features are useful and which need work. We collect anonymous events — feature taps, paywall interactions, and crash diagnostics — tied to a random per-install identifier. We never collect your name, email, Apple ID, or any of your contacts, notes, reminders, or tags. No ads. No App Tracking Transparency prompt.
RelationOS is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
