Last updated: 2026-09-13

By installing or using PaperShelf ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, delete the app.

The app

Scan paperwork on your iPhone. PaperShelf automatically names each document, files it into Home, Auto, Medical, School, Financial, or Other, makes it searchable with on-device OCR, and lets you share a clean PDF. No account required — documents stay on your device.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PaperShelf on an iOS device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.

Subscriptions

Unlimited Annual is an auto-renewable subscription at $19.99 per year (price may vary by territory). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings. Unlimited Lifetime ($39.99) is a one-time non-consumable purchase.

User content

User-created scans stored only on device; no social/UGC network.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the app (except as permitted by law), use the app to break any law, interfere with the app's operation, or use the app to harm others. Violations can result in access being revoked.
