By installing or using Macro Dinner Planner ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, delete the app.
Macro Dinner Planner is a free iOS application that helps users plan dinners against macronutrient goals. The app accepts typed or pasted recipes (or barcode-scanned packaged foods) and estimates calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat per ingredient and per dinner, then rolls those totals up against user-set daily or weekly targets.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Macro Dinner Planner on an iOS device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
This version of Macro Dinner Planner is free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions of any kind. No payment-related terms apply.
All user content (recipes, dinners, goals) stays on your device. We do not host, transmit, store, moderate, or share user content on our servers — we have no servers. You retain all rights to anything you type or paste into the app.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the app (except as permitted by law), use the app to break any law, interfere with the app's operation, or use the app to harm others. Violations can result in access being revoked.
Macro Dinner Planner is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Macro Dinner Planner provides nutrition estimates for planning purposes only. The values shown are not medical, dietary, or clinical advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical or therapeutic nutrition decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony McMurtrey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms when the app materially changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after an update is your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
