By installing or using Life Inbox ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, delete the app.
Life Inbox is a private, on-device "life admin inbox." You paste in bills, appointments, receipts, subscriptions, and notes; the app extracts structured details and tells you what to do next and when. Life Inbox is an organizational tool. It does not provide medical, legal, insurance, tax, or financial advice. Category labels (Medical, Legal/Insurance, Tax/Finance, etc.) are organizational tags you apply to your own captured text; they do not represent any professional service.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Life Inbox on an iOS device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
Life Inbox offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Life Inbox Pro Monthly ($7.99/month) and Life Inbox Pro Yearly ($49.99/year, 7-day free trial for new subscribers). Title, length, and price of each subscription are shown on the paywall screen before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Anything you paste, type, or import into Life Inbox is yours. The app stores it only on your device, never uploads it, and never shares it with anyone. You can delete any item, or wipe everything, at any time via Settings → Erase All Data. By pasting content into the app, you grant Life Inbox a limited, device-local license to display and process that content for the purposes described in the app (extraction, classification, summarization, reminders).
You agree not to: reverse engineer the app (except as permitted by law), use the app to break any law, interfere with the app's operation, or use the app to harm others. Violations can result in access being revoked.
Life Inbox is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Life Inbox is not medical, legal, insurance, tax, or financial advice; categories with those labels are organizational tags only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony McMurtrey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms when the app materially changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after an update is your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
