No. HouseBrief is not a marketplace, listing service, or matchmaker. Submissions go to our internal review team. If we're interested, we'll reach out with a direct cash offer.
No. HouseBrief is free. There are no fees, subscriptions, or commissions. Any purchase price we propose is between you and our affiliated acquisition entity.
We currently review submissions from a limited set of U.S. states. The app will tell you immediately if your state isn't supported yet — you can leave your contact info and we'll reach out if that changes.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Submissions with missing info take longer because we follow up for more details first.
Follow-up questions appear in the Messages tab. Answer when you have a moment — there's no deadline, but slower answers mean slower review.
Settings → Delete account and data. This removes your contact info from our systems. Submissions may be anonymized and kept for audit purposes.
